At the end of Mulholland Hwy., and as close to the HOLLYWOOD sign as one can get — this is where the pavement stops and thousands of locals & tourists go to take that quintessential L.A. selfie. The site's proximity to the sign, coupled with nearly perfect photographic perspective, proportion and alignment, means photographs taken here are "post-card perfect*."

Adjacent to Griffith Park on three sides, it's a vacant residential lot only a few hundred feet from California's best known icon. "The lot is an unused stage perfectly located under an aspirational marquee, emotionally-connected to a global audience."

The giant sign was originally an advertisement for an architecturally progressive new hillside residential development — HOLLYWOODLAND.
